Questions We Get a Lot
An SL-Track follows the natural curve of your spine from the neck all the way down through the lumbar region and under the thighs, offering more comprehensive coverage than a standard L or S-Track design. This extended range is especially useful for those who want consistent pressure along the lower back and hamstrings. Most of our mid-range and premium chairs feature SL-Track systems for this reason.
Zero gravity reclines your body into a position where your legs are elevated to roughly the same level as your heart, distributing your weight more evenly across the chair. This posture is designed to reduce the strain on your spine and help the massage mechanisms work more effectively along your back. Many of our customers find this position noticeably more comfortable during longer sessions.
A 3D massage chair allows the rollers to move in three directions including forward and backward depth adjustment, while a 4D system adds a variable speed and rhythm dimension that more closely mimics the feel of a human hand. The result is a more nuanced, responsive massage experience that can shift between slow kneading and faster percussion-style movements. Our 4D Deluxe model is a strong option if you want that added layer of customization.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI), and massage chairs are included in that coverage where eligible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our 30-Day Returns policy gives you time to evaluate the chair in your own home. About Our Massage Chairs
At My Pure Essence, our massage chair collection brings together a range of thoughtfully designed seating solutions for home wellness. Whether you are starting with the Zero Gravity Massage Chair built for full body relaxation or stepping up to the 4D Deluxe model with Bluetooth, SL-Track, and faux leather upholstery, there is an option suited to where you are in your wellness journey. Our chairs incorporate features like 3D and 4D roller systems, airbag compression, zero gravity positioning, and built-in heat to support recovery and everyday comfort. The SL-Track design found across several models is built to follow the natural curve of the spine from the neck through the thighs, offering more thorough coverage during each session. Each chair in this collection is selected to align with our core belief that quality rest and recovery belong at home, not just at the spa.
